Filmstudy ("we", "our", "us") provides a platform that allows users to upload game film via YouTube links, create clips and notes, and share them with others. These Terms govern your access to and use of the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Filmstudy. If you're under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

When you sign up, you must provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

• Filmstudy offers a free plan with 5 video uploads and up to 10 clips per video.
• Our Pro plan ($9.99/month) includes unlimited uploads, clips, sharing, and playlists.
• New Pro subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• Billing is handled via Stripe. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of your billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create, including video links, clips, and notes. However, by uploading or sharing content, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content to you and anyone you choose to share with.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to.
• Share copyrighted or harmful material.
• Use the app for abuse, harassment, or illegal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All Filmstudy branding, software, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We provide Filmstudy "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify users of any major changes, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
